You don’t have to abandon yourself to get along. I know because I had to learn that too.
I’ve been sitting with my body for over 12 years.
Not in a “perfect posture, clear mind” kind of way. In a what is that? kind of way. The chills that moved through me in certain moments. The waves of energy that showed up in specific areas of my body. I genuinely wanted to understand — what is this? What is my body actually saying right now?
And then the questions got more uncomfortable.
Like — why did my hand move forward to shake someone’s at a club when I didn’t even want to? Not a work situation. A club. My hand just went, like it already knew the social script before I could object.
Or at a retreat, when someone I’d never met came in for a hug — someone I genuinely did not want to hug — I still opened my arms.
Or the time my hairdresser burned my ear with the flat iron. I felt the pain. I felt the anger rise up. Yes I said “ow that hurts” looking at her with her replying “oh sorry..” then she continued still styling my hair and me staying there in the chair.
And when it was done I paid her. Even tipped her. And walked out, having bypassed the anger and hurt from my right ear.
I kept doing the “right” thing at the expense of myself. I kept finding ways to abandon me — so that other people stayed comfortable, so I wouldn’t be the difficult one, so no one would see me as the bad guy.
What I’ve come to deeply understand — through over 12 years of meditation and learning the language of my own body, through somatic approaches to healing, through embodied intimacy and relationship training, plus through voice dialogue training is that there is nothing wrong with me. It’s a learned pattern. And it can be unlearned.
I’ve taught myself that I don’t have to abandon me to get along. That it’s okay if someone sees me as the bad guy for having a boundary. That those chills, those waves, that tightening — it’s me, communicating. And I get to listen.
Are you wanting to live a more fun life that you specifically enjoy. Where it’s you connecting back to you — and to the parts of you that have been silenced by your parents, society, peers, and yourself, because of wanting to get along, be liked, be loved. It’s reconnecting to the playful you that is curious, wants to have some fun, and wants to do something you like.
A lot of us want to have fun and do what we want, but we’ve told ourselves we’re too old, or so and so will judge me, or no — I am actually like this, meaning we’ve told ourselves to be a certain way and we want to keep ourselves that way. But working with me, you question and take action — exploring and being honest with yourself — because we don’t do life alone. We live life together.
Growing up, I saw how adults got so serious, and I thought that’s what it is to be an adult. And being an adult myself, I want to live differently. I want to keep my playfulness alive, my pureness, and my enjoyment of liking what I decide to do — and my enjoyment of having fun in my day, in my life. Regardless of what someone believes an adult to be or what society paints the picture, I’d rather be happy, feeling alive, healthy, and having fun — being playful and feeling so free and amazing being me, authentically, with the super amazing, great, loving, supportive people in my life.
Which is why it’s so important to be selective about who is in your life and who you get help or support from.

WHO I WORK WITH + WHAT I SUPPORT
I work exclusively with women.
I’m here for the woman who feels things deeply and is finding her way back to herself. Whether that’s learning to feel good in your body, creating a life that’s genuinely fun and true to who you are, building boundaries that actually feel like yours, or navigating relationships with more honesty and less self-erasure.
Here’s what I’m here for with you:
- Feeling at home in your body and actually liking being there
- Returning to yourself — your real self, not the version you built for other people
- Learning that you can make mistakes and it doesn’t mean you’re bad
- Having boundaries that feel grounded, not guilty
- Making your daily life more fun, more you, more alive
- Navigating relationships — with friends, family, and romantic partners — with more of you intact
- The intimate parts of connection: closeness, trust, softness, and being truly known
What I’m not here for: I don’t work in the space of sex, gender identity, sexuality topics or depression. That is not my lane or where I thrive best, and I am being honest with you so you know exactly the kind of space we’re creating together that you’re entering.
THE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH ME
I’m not here to teach you theories.
I’m a Somatic Play & Relationship Practitioner — and the word play is in there on purpose. Because I genuinely love creating experiences where someone gets to feel safe, be themselves, and actually have fun. That’s not a side effect of the work. That is the work.
When you’re with me, you’re going to be challenged. You’re going to be encouraged. Not because I think something is wrong with you — but because I know you’re wonderful and I’m not going to pretend otherwise by playing it small.
I bring together somatic approaches to healing trauma, intimacy and relationship coaching, and Voice Dialogue training — so we can work with what’s actually happening in your body, in your patterns, and in the relationships and dynamics you’re navigating. I’m not about the terms from what I’ve trained in. I’m about the experience you experience being with me.
Voice Dialogue in particular opened up something powerful for me: the understanding that we are not one single voice. We are made up of many parts — some primary, some disowned — and the parts that have been silenced the longest often hold the most truth about who we actually are. When you work with me, we get to hear those parts. Together.
My somatic training means we don’t just talk about what’s happening — we feel into it. What does it feel like in your body when you want to say no and don’t? What sensations arise when you’re about to betray yourself to keep the peace? That’s real, livable, bodyable information. And you deserve to understand it, feel it, and be able to do something different with it.
Because of my own practice and these trainings, I can support you in building the kind of relationship with yourself where you notice. Where you pause. Where you listen to the chills, the tightening, the wave of energy that says this isn’t a yes — and where you trust that signal enough to honor it, even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when someone might see you as the bad guy. Even then.
That is the work. And I know it from the inside out. I will be attentive and fully present with you. Undivided attention. Here.
**And here’s something I want you to know — because this matters:
This work isn’t just about finding your calm. It isn’t just about peace and stillness and going ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Yes, I love the calm. I do. But at times I also need to move! I need to shake, dance, twirl around, jump up and down. Punch a pillow. Scream out loud — or make any sound that expresses what I’m actually feeling in my body in that moment. We MOVE our body here!
Because it’s also about feeling and acknowledging the other emotions and sensations in our body. The ones that aren’t soft or quiet. The ones that are big, and loud, and real, alive and maybe uncomfortable. The anger. The grief. The frustration. The joy that is so full it has to go somewhere. Sometimes what they need isn’t stillness, but expression.
Working with me means there is space for all of this. The calm and the moving. The peace and the twirl. The breath and the scream. Because you are not one note. You are the whole song — and we get to play all of it! PLUS some fun oracle cards too with me always using my intuition in our time together. Just walking up to someone and talking, I’ve noticed I would get hits of images, or messages which is something I will naturally incorporate if and when anything pops up!
