These Terms govern all purchases and services made through this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms. I Remember You is operated by Gaozong Yang, Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Services and products offered include: Handwritten Letter Only ($45) · I Remember You Entire Letter Experience ($58) · Single Session ($111) · Deep Dive Session ($156) · Container of 3 Sessions ($499) · Group events and workshops (pricing listed per event)
1. Important Disclaimer — This Is Not Therapy
The services provided through I Remember You — including somatic sessions, intuitive facilitation, and group experiences — are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, social work services, or medical treatment of any kind. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or psychiatric treatment.
Gaozong Yang draws on training in somatic approaches, embodied intimacy facilitation, and a background in social work education to inform her work. However, all sessions and experiences offered through this business are educational, experiential, and coaching-based in nature. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or have a diagnosed mental health condition, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
By purchasing any session or experience, you acknowledge and agree that you understand this distinction fully.
2. Intuitive & Energetic Work
Some sessions may include intuitive guidance — impressions, images, words, or felt senses that arise during our time together. This is offered as part of the experience, not as prediction, medical or psychological diagnosis, or guaranteed outcome. Results of any kind — intuitive, somatic, or relational — are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person.
3. Payment
All purchases are processed securely at the time of checkout. Payment is due in full before services are rendered or products are created. By completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your purchase locks in the price at the time your order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent orders or payment failure. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will receive a full refund.
4. Refund Policy — Sessions & Experiences
Because sessions involve reserved time, personal preparation, and intentional energy held specifically for you, the following policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full credit toward a future session. No cash refunds.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No-shows — failure to attend without prior notice — are non-refundable.
- Container of 3 Sessions: Once your first session has taken place, remaining sessions within the container are non-refundable. If you need to cancel before your first session begins, a full credit will be issued toward a future offering.
- Group events and in-person workshops: Tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date. If I cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Life happens. If extraordinary circumstances arise, please reach out directly. I am a real human being and I will always work with you with integrity and honesty.
5. Refund Policy — Physical Products (Letters)
All letter orders are made to order and handcrafted individually with personal care and creative attention. Because of the deeply personalized nature of these products, all letter sales are final.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of your expected delivery date with a photo of the damage and I will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial credit at my discretion.
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of your expected delivery date and I will investigate with USPS and determine next steps together with you.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, I am not responsible for undelivered or returned items. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
6. When Orders Are Made & Mailed
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Physical letter orders are mailed within 7–10 business days of purchase via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
- During high-volume periods, launch weeks, or around holidays, please allow up to 14 business days for fulfillment. Any delays beyond this window will be communicated to you directly by email.
- Once your order is in the hands of USPS, I cannot control delivery times. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–7 additional business days after the item is mailed.
7. Digital Access — VIP Virtual Dance Party
Access details for the VIP Virtual Dance Party will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout at least 48 hours before the event date. This access is personal and non-transferable. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
8. Scheduling Sessions
After purchasing a session, you will receive an email within 48 hours with a link or instructions to schedule your appointment. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of the date of purchase. Sessions not scheduled within this window are forfeited without refund.
If you need additional time beyond 60 days, please reach out before that window closes. I will always do my best to accommodate you when I can.
9. Your Content & Conduct
By engaging with services through this website, you agree that you will not use any session, experience, or communication for purposes that are fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You agree to engage honestly and in good faith.
Any content you share with me in sessions or through this website remains yours. You grant me no rights to reproduce or share it publicly without your explicit permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including written copy, session materials, letter content, graphics, and creative concepts — belongs to Gaozong Yang / I Remember You. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any materials from your session or purchase without written permission.
11. Confidentiality
What you share in sessions stays between us. I will not share your personal information or session content with any third party without your consent, except where required by law — for example, if there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others.
In group settings, participants are asked to honor the confidentiality of others in the space. While I hold this as a core value of the container I create, I cannot legally guarantee the behavior of other participants.
12. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Somatic and embodied work can bring up unexpected emotions, memories, or physical sensations. By engaging in any session or group experience, you acknowledge this possibility and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing before, during, and after our time together. You agree to communicate any relevant physical or mental health information before we begin working together.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Minnesota, I Remember You and Gaozong Yang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products purchased through this website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
14. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time as my business grows and evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website or purchase of services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
